Call for queer Art
Contracommon is accepting applications for a pride-themed, booth-style exhibition in our gallery. You Better (Art)Work will be on view from May 30th through June 25th, featuring queer-identifying artists.
Each selected artist will be allotted approximately ten feet of wall space and may bring a table, rack, shelves etc. to display smaller works or items. Past booth-style exhibitions like Imprint ATX and REFLEX III can provide an idea of how previous exhibiting artists have utilized their wall space.
Deadline: April 30th, 2026 @ 11:59pm

Receiving work: May 22nd - 24th, 2026 (by appointment)
Exhibition dates: May 30th - June 25th, 2026
Opening reception: Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 4-7pm
Deinstall: June 26th - 30th 2026 (by appointment)
