About

Holly Cerna (1998) graduated with a BFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art in May of 2020.

Her oil and acrylic paintings explore how color relates to emotion, and light as a representation of the soul or consciousness. She became a member of Contra/Common, an emerging artist nonprofit organization, in November 2021. Recent publications include Mujer Manifesto Vol. IV: Roll Call and Arts to Hearts Magazine Issue #5..  ​
