Call for VEndors: Common Ground Arts Festival

Booth Fee: $50
Hosted by Contracommon at the Hill Country Galleria central plaza.
Event date: September 27th, 2025 from 12-6pm
Artists notified: September 7th, 2025
Vendor agreement and booth fee due: within 48 hours of email
Load-in: 10:30am - 12:00pm (Late arrivals and early departures cannot be accommodated.)
Load-out: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Each vendor will have a 10’x10’ spot with a shade tent. Tents are available for rent at an additional cost of $50, or vendors can bring their own.
