Call for VEndors: Common Ground Arts Festival

Hosted by Contracommon at the Hill Country Galleria central plaza.

Event date: October 24th, 2026 from 11-5pm

• Artists notified: September 19th, 2026

• Vendor agreement and booth fee due: within 48 hours of email

• Load-in: 9:30am - 11:30am (Late arrivals and early departures cannot be accommodated.)

• Load-out: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
  
  Each vendor will have a 10’x10’ spot with a shade tent. Tents are available for rent at an additional cost of $50, or vendors can bring their own.

At Contracommon, we’d rather see the line waver, and reserve our drinking water for drinking. By submitting to Common Ground Arts Festival, the artist/vendor warrants that all displayed works are original creations created, printed, or/and produced by human hand! The use of generative AI to produce submitted artwork is prohibited. Contracommon and Common Ground Arts Festival reserves the right to remove any artist or vendor found exhibiting AI-generated works without refund.
